4600 Park Road
The renovation of the 4600 Park Road office building included a lobby expansion featuring a new tenant amenity space and conference center, as well as new carpeting, lights, ceiling tiles, and paint throughout the building. Restroom renovations were also completed on the upper floors. The second phase of renovations required careful coordination as it included the replacement of the exterior stucco and window systems during the winter, while the building remained occupied.
